Orders and Shipment
We ship worldwide from Switzerland !
We use air mail for packages sent outside Switzerland.
Shipping costs:
The costs of shipping is included in the price and based on shipment weight/volume. We use the Swiss postal service for all shipments. We ship using air mail for orders outside Europe.
Shipping time:
We ship every Monday and Thursday. Shipment within Switzerland take approx. 3 working days. Shipping to other European countries take approx. 5-8 working days. Shipping to USA or Canada take approx. 8- 12 working days.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is optional for all orders. It is one fee per package (8.50 USD) that cover the full value of the order. We can not take any responsibility for uninsured shipping. If you have not insured the shipping we can not trace / track the package.
- If your order does not arrive:
Please send us an email. We will help you track the package to see if it has just been delayed or has gone missing. Uninsured packages can not be tracked.
- If your order is damaged during shipping:
Always contacts us immediately (within 24 hours) on receipt of the item via email.
- Make a formal complaint and check the content of your package at the post office, before signing for the package, if it has arrived in a damaged state.
- Take a digital picture of the product with the box and packing material in its damaged state. Save the damaged goods and all packing material until the claim is cleared in case we need additional pictures.
Returns and refund:
Always contact us if you want to return or exchange a product !!!
We have a 30-day returns policy. You can not return or exchange products 30 days after arrival.
We refund or exchange products at no cost to you only if:
- beaubelle/Molander & Co Design have shipped a product you did not order. i.e. where beaubelle/Molander & Co Design is at fault.
- You contact us with your request of refund or exchange within 24 hours i.e. before we have shipped the product.
The full return shipping costs for refunds or exchange of a product will be covered by the buyer.
The product needs to arrive in its original unused condition so we can resell the product.
Used products can not be refunded or exchanged.
Its the buyers liability to pay for insurance costs back to beaubelle/Molander & Co.
No refunds or exchanges will be shipped until beaubelle/Molander & Co have recieved the product and the additional shipping costs for the exchanged products have been paied by the buyer.
No products custom made or especially ordered for you can be returned or exchanged.
